the bar staff was dismissive at first. but the historic building is stunning, and the breakfast was an overwhelming buffet of options. enjoyed the free mini bar too, it added a nice touch.

staying at the living hotel was a delight! the central location was perfect, just a short walk to shops and restaurants. my business plus double room was sparkling clean and had complimentary beer and water. the reception team was friendly, and having a phone charging point in the lobby was a nice touch.

The kitchen in the apartment labeled as 'fully equipped' lacked essential items like cutlery and dishes, which caused confusion and an unexpected charge for basic cooking supplies. Additionally, unclear policies regarding spa access left us unsure if it was included with our stay or required additional fees. The reception also struggled during busy hours, resulting in longer-than-expected wait times for check-in.
